Easy to setup, just plug it in, and it starts working.
Plug it in, push a cable into it, it starts working. It’s really that easy, setup the way it should be. If only everything else in life was like that. Great product, I am using it to install the new Ring doorbell with Power Over Ethernet, and it works seamlessly with no complicated setup procedures.

Works out of the box, stable power delivery, not getting hot, good price per performance.
Very much satisfied with the Poe+ Switch, It delivers a stable promised max 62W of power, I were able to out of the box power most of my POE powered CCTV cameras, plus a couple of other poe splitter injectors with no issue. the switch itself does not get hot pretty much at all. For the price I paid being £37.79, it is very much worth for that price. Would recommend for anything that just requires power, and you do not care that the switch is not a managed switch which is expected for the price.

Great product
Used as part of a larger home network set up, mostly to run some poe cctv cameras and onvif cameras effectively so I can integrate them into home assistant. Does what it says on the tin, impressed with tp link, have always stuck to netg*** in the past but must say this kit is solid. 1 major plus, rack mount options for switches at this size vary. Rack mounting only seem available in larger devices on other brands but to link include. Greatful for this option.

Quite good littel switches for desktop use. Suited to most domestic or home-office needs, with all ports offering PoE at gigabit speeds.

Excellent Ethernet Switch
I bought this Switch because I wanted to update my home network to Cat.6 connections in preparation for the install of Direct-Fibre-to-the-Home broadband. The existing network equipment is all based on Cat.5 cables and an old Ethernet Hub. After researching online, it seemed that Cat.6 cabling was the way to go, as was replacing the Hub with a Switch for better overall performance and resilience. In operation, the Switch is unobtrusive. It makes no noise and the flashing LED's on the front panel are not distracting from where it is positioned. Due to a delay in the installation of the new fibre broadband circuit, I cannot say for sure what effect this latest equipment and cables might have on the overall performance of my home systems, but I have already noticed less lag on my games console and better streaming on TV, so the new Switch must be working, even at the relatively low speed of my current copper-based broadband. I have used various TP-Link products before and I trust them generally, so I was expecting no less with this Switch, and, so far, I haven't been disappointed. Absolutely recommended as a networking solution.

If not for a TP-Link PD, check before you buy!
Important to note from the outset that this review is NOT intended as a criticism of this TP-Link Switch per se. Rather, it is a warning that not all PoE devices listed as adhering to the 802.3af/at standard are compatible as, confusingly, there are alternative wiring configurations. All TP-Link products use, I now know, Alternative A, whereas those from other manufacturers may not. Hence this Switch was unable to power my Ubiquiti LOCO5AC NanoStation PtP WiFi Link because all Ubiquiti products, as far as I am aware, adhere to 802.3af/at Alternative B. So, unless you are using exclusively TP-Link, and unlike me, check for compatability before you buy.

Great value and hasn't faltered
Been running this for several weeks now and it's not faltered once. It's a dream to setup (you literally just plug cables into it and power it up). It's metal so feels sturdy enough and you have some handy screw holes in the back if you wanted to mount it somewhere. The lights might be distracting.
