LOVE this! Best ever for drizzling over mild cheeses and Marcona almonds as wellas for mixing with the company's lemon oil for an awesome salad dressing. I bought the little bottle to carry with me to our favorite steak house to add to my salad. I can't praise this enough. Met the owner at a cheese tasting - humble and passionate. Going to support them 110%
