Hands free lets it down, item arrived on time usb working fine just make sure you have a good fm station to link to it makes all the difference with background hiss and clarity.Blue tooth waste of time cannot hear the ring of a incoming call unless on full volume connected ok with iphone 5c but when you do talk to other person you sound far away.

Not very bad sound quality however when it switches into handfree handset you can listen very clear the person that you are talking with however the other person barely can hear you. Only bad point about it that is why I'm giving four stars.

Definitely one of the better fm transmitters out there. Whilst it isnt perfect, I find the sound quality to be much better than the three others I have tried from other brands.

Works straight out of the box easy to set up. Excellent price...no need for anybody not to be "hands free".
