It does not have the rotating nut on female side
Quality is good, but the elbow does not have the rotating nut on the female side, so correct orientation of it could be a problem.

Look like it could move it when it’s installed but leaks unless you tighten up then you can’t move it kinda deceiving

Shower extender
Our shower nozzle was really put in our home very strangely... right on the bench in the shower and way to close to the wall. I really wanted to use the inline water filter. It took several parts, but I was able to fashion an apparatus to move it away from the wall so I could attach the ball filter and shower hose extension. Each piece was quite reasonable, leak proof and very easy to install!
