The magnet works great. Good features are the brightness, programs, portability, holds a charge for hours. I would buy again.

The product looked like it was returned to them, then sent out to me- no instructions included for the multifunction remote.Product is fine but unusable to my satisfaction. Will have to contact manufacturer/scour internet for possible download able instructions. Buy somewhere else.

This is pretty easy to use once you get the hang of it, and I keep it at my home gym, but I like that it’s portable so I can bring it inside if needed or even use it out at a gym

My use of this timer is for timing a speaker so I use the countdown time. This timer performs excellently. Once you set the time length, and tell it to start it counts down. When it gets to the end 00:00 it will buzz to tell you then start over at the beginning immediately. This is because it is a gym timer. To make the countdown stop after it reaches 00:00, you can click the Cycle button on the remote and the countdown will stop when the time reaches 00:00.You can turn the buzzing off or turn the volume down with varying levels. The brightness has levels also. There are no level meters so you have to rely on touches on the remote. For example, 3 touches of the brightness button on the remote turn brightness up/down 3 levels. The same is true for sounds. The timer retains your settings for the next time you use it.One of the best features of this timer is the manual! It's 6" x 4" and it has color images. You can tell that someone took the time to think through how to use the timer and explain how to program it for each feature! I enjoyed reading this manual. Manufacturers, this is how you write a manual, and this is what a manual should look like.The remote is another great feature of this timer. It has the same quality as a really good tv remote. It has nice touchable rubber buttons that respond to your touch in a pleasing way. The buttons have icons, and text so that the user knows what happens when they touch the buttons.This timer is a gym timer and uses gym timer language like MMA, EMOM, FGB1, etc, but the manual explains what these terms mean as well as shows you how to program the timer for each of those features.With anything, there is room for improvement, but what this timer doesn't have does not diminish the usefulness of this device. It would be nice if there was an LED indicator to show brightness and loudness levels. The display gets brighter or dimmer, but knowing the brightness is at level 2 is better than having to click through levels to know when the brightness is at level 2.Also, there is no way to know when the device is fully charged. The manual says it takes 2.5 hours to be fully charged but we are not used to having to set an external timer to see when a device is charged. We are used to seeing something that tells us.I have the 1.5 version according to a sticker on the remote. The model & version could be printed onto the device. Also, I thought the device would be a lot larger, as the 1.5 version is only viewable in a small room. A larger display would allow the timer to be better used for more than just as a gym timer. Even as a gym timer, a bigger display allows the timer to be seen from the back of the gym.All in all, I like this timer and recommend it to anyone who needs a gym timer, or even a speaker timer for a small room.

The product housing is made out of durable plastic, and contains a strong magnet along the back for attachment to a metallic vertical surface. There is a rechargeable 2500 mAh battery housed internally within the product. During our inspection, we did not identify any manufacturer defect or design flaw. We noted that the product's components fit together well and seamlessly, with no indication of inconsistency or wobbliness/shakiness. We assess that this product will last 2+ years with regular use, if given proper care.- Price: At the time of writing, this product is priced competitively to similar products on the market and in general a very low price for its functional use. The oil sprayer niche is highly saturated, and we observed comparable products generally at both lower and higher price points. However, this product differentiates itself by being made out of stainless steel and glass and is fairly precise in its dispersal of 1/4 teaspoons of oil per spray. We therefore consider this a good deal.- Function: This product works as intended. It meets its basic expectations, which is to be able to vividly show specific timing sequences and emit sounds for timed activities (e.g. speed training workouts). This product does a phenomenal job, with its internal programming allowing for 9 different modes. The remote control functions well, and allows you to change the clock/modify settings/reset timer from a distance. We tested the longevity of the battery and found that from 100% to 0%, it lasted for approximately 24 hours, which is within variance of the manufacturer's 25 hour claim.- Aesthetics: This product looks great. The digits show up brightly, vividly, and are easy to see at a distance. Despite this, the product as a whole is very compact, measuring only 9 inches by 2.2 inches. This makes it perfect for putting into your gym bag when heading to the gym.Bottom line: We like this product. It contains a lot of functions, does its job well, is extremely portable, and is priced competitively.
