Very good low price hearing aids
For the price of less than $100, I am very please with this Jinghao hearing aids. I purchased 7 pairs of hearing aids and try them in the past 2 years price ranging from $60 to $500. This is the one that I like equal to the RIC hearing aid with 3 times the price. I now wearing this one and the RIC alternately every other day. (Note : One most important thing for hearing aids to me is how comfortable the ear dome fit inside ear canal)

squeals at times
This is a great hearing amplifier and easy to use. There is a noticeable difference and charges easily. Not costly for how effective it is. However, when adjusting volumes it still squeals which can be irritable.

Works well for face to face conversations or hearing your laptop/computer
It comes very well packaged, has an informative manual, and seems to be very well made. It has different sized ear pods, a cleaning brush, the cord, charging station and a nice container to keep the pods in for traveling, or when not in use and not being charged. They work very well for face to face conversations or listening to something on your laptop or computer. We found they work best for us on the 'indoor' setting, with the person/music/voice etc. about 12-18 inches away and front facing you. For TV watching, it wasn't as easy to pick up the voices but I think everyone would have to adjust the position and volume and setting and find their own 'best' settings for what they need them for.Important to mention I think, that these cannot be used while using your cell phone. The frequency interferes and you get a noisy feedback and the hearing aids don't function well. The instruction manual states this (and of course I had to test it) but in case people 'skim' the manual and miss that part, I thought I'd mention it.

Great amplifiers for any age
These are sound amplifiers. They fit behind the ears (BTE), though they are quite large. They come with a charging base that uses a Type C charger. They came almost fully charged and with a cleaning brush, a short charging cord, and three different size ear pieces. They don't require batteries and there are charging lights to indicate when they are fully charged. You pop the right size for your ear and press the power button on each device to turn them on. These are not paired and do not have Bluetooth. The wire is quite thick. You can wear one or both. They are simple to use with two buttons. Long press to turn on and off. Short press to turn the volume up or down. The top button can be used to change the program, normal, inside, or outside. This seems to just make the sound louder. They really do boost the sound level. If you need a specific hearing program, these aren't for you, but if you just need something simple to make sound louder, these are great.

USB-C!
I'm happy to "C" that the charging dock uses USB-C. Micro is a thing of the past. These work pretty good for amplifying sound, but are by no means actual hearing aids.Yes, they aid you in hearing things but actual form fitted, fine-tuned, "prescription" hearing aids are going to cost quite a bit more.I have no real complaints about them. Just know they aren't replacements for what an Audiologist might recommend. Are they worth a try? I'd say yes. If they don't work as hoped, I'd think maybe an Audiologist is in order.

Simple solution for hearing aids.
These hearing aids have good amplification and I appreciate that they are offered without the need for a prescription of any kind. There are some people who would consider wearing them on occasion, but refuse to go to a doctor to get any (like a family member in my home). I know these are working well simply because the volume on my TV is not constantly set to a number so high that it can be heard in the backyard!

Definitely amplifies... even good for non-seniors :P
So to start with, I am NOT a senior! But I have done things in my previous five decades of life that absolutely damaged my hearing. These hearing aids do help without a question. I can absolutely hear better with them. They also increase all the background / ambient noise as well. It reminds me of playing cassette tapes as a kid. There is a constant hiss you hear from the background noise level being increased. Not a problem, just something to note. There are supposed to be three different program settings in these. I can only get #1 and #2 to work. Try as I might, I cannot get #3 (the outdoor setting) to activate. Other than that these seem great. I can hear my loved ones speaking to me at home. I even heard a plane fly over... from indoors! =D
