This is a great machine. Was not hard to assemble. Definitely works the abs and other areas it is designed for. Size is not a problem it folds up for storage and the quality is good. Glad I purchased this.

This is the perfect level of equipment for a workout-novice like me. I'm generally in good shape (70 yrs young), but I do have mild knee & shoulder issues: the pro-max provides the variations of leg strengthening & resistance to improve both. It's easy to use and easy to store.[Extra: Assembly was simple & straightforward- just match the numbering on the parts & tools to the instructions.]

Love this! The only thing I wish was different is I wish it worked your legs better. Great for upper body and mid-section

I was looking at those plastic palates boards and thinking they were way overpriced. So I looked on Amazon and found this, with a much better construction, for the same price. This one is worth the money. I’m having fun with it. I quickly decided I needed a pillow on the top to help my arms when I’m leaning on the handle bars and to help my mid section when I’m doing those sit ups for my back muscles.I have osteoarthritis and was concerned my knees wouldn’t like the knee rest area. My knees have been fine with it. I haven’t figured out how they do the side knee thing on the app but I’m doing well with it even if I don’t learn that.The app isn’t great. I would like them to have quick videos explaining each exercise. Instead they have 3 full fitness routines. You have to watch them to see the exercises.Oh, and after it’s made it’s real easy to drag around the floor so you can always face the TV. 😊

I absolutely love this machine! And for the price?? It is awesome. Awesome. Awesome. I had an Aabco two years ago, but when I moved, it got left behind unfortunately all searching for the coaster. I found this. It’s not only less expensive. It works just as well. If you like working out and you like working on your abs, I recommend this highly.

The media could not be loaded. This was so easy to set up. Very light weight, easy directions, there's an app for workouts. It's readjust to several different lengths/heights. Very easy to move from a ab workouts out to a rowing work out to leg press. Folds so small it fits under my bed, my 2 year old nephew likes to play on it and can even pull the resistance on the rower. The sliding is so smooth that its almost too fast.Perfect for beginner workouts also easy to incorporate outer equipment such as kettle bells and dumbells

Easy to put together but the white paint chips off when you assemble! Thats a huge flaw in my book because it makes it look used and damaged before you can even get on the machine to use it!

This may be the worst product I’ve received from anywhere ever.There is absolutely no way this is up to specs for what its intended use is for. The first 4 bolts when assembling have MAYBE half a thread securing them. I’m not sure whose idea it was to use a 45mm bolt for a 44mm passageway/hole but this dangerous. The was so little thread I had to crimp the bar just to get the nut to attach; the these are for the main feet/support bars.Should you be using this and those come unthreaded (which I’m assuming will be very easy) you are going chest first into this machine and falling over. Not for myself I may end up with a bruise, but if you were elderly or frail, you’ll seriously injure yourself.I cannot speak for all brand that sell a similar product but steer FAR AWAY from this one.If I didn’t feel like going through the hassle of returning it I would. Do not buy this.
