The product is excellent. Does not run.!This was the third color I have used. The 2 before no problems. This one was for my bikini bottom which was fading and is pink. Came out almost red. No pink at all. I’m planning to wear it like that anyway. Still give 5 stars.

I have used this dye 2 times now. This first time was a full bottle, (the dress shown). These were the results. Definitely not grey. I am pleased with the color, but it is not gray. I tried another garment .I loved the lilac color and wanted to achieve it again (used much less dye) and the results were the same. So, if you require true gray dye for cotton fabric, this may not be the product to use. Or maybe just more experiments with this RIT, not sure. Good luck!

If you follow the directions it will work as described. Turned my white stained shorts to an awesome charcoal grey. These were ASRV shorts I paid &118 for that Nordstrom gave me the runaround on returning them. Also, follow the fabric type, me were nylon so I added vinegar to the solution.

I tried to color my white cotton shirt that got ruined with black fabric color from my jacket and this product didn’t do anything. It still has black marks.

Very good, used it for a fun activity with the kids

Es fácil de usar y la cobertura es buena, pero eso no importa si el resultado final es diferente al compraste. Compré un rosado y el resultado es un salmón, porque tiene pigmento naranja.

Si sigues las instrucciones es muy fácil de usar salvo que los guantes son algo pequeños por lo que recomiendo que si no quieres pintarte las manos por un par de días, lo mejor es que compres unos guantes largos. El tinte funciona bien y no se sale con la primera lavada, así que lo considero un éxito. Si quieres que el tinte permanesca más tiempo, hay un producto de RIT para fijar el tinte.

Tried to dye my patio cushion covers but didn’t work out too well, the colour didn’t soak in. I will try the Rit dye more for synthetic blends which unfortunately doesn’t have this colour

Colors I used were "Truly Green" and "Cherry Red". Dye was easy to use and the directions are clear and easy to understand. The color did apply nice and evenly (Where the fabric wasn't compromised - the first attempt at the green was splotchy but by the end of my third dye job it evened out). The end result of my project came out lighter than expected on my first try when I followed the instructions. I followed up with a second round dye bath, soaking for double the time. The outcome was still on the light side for my desired results so I ordered a second bottle of each and did double the strength for double the time. I'm finally happy with the results. 1st set of pictures was the result of attempt #1, then the 2nd and finally the last is my 3rd and final attempt. The last picture of them together is in natural sunlight.

Great for nylon and other absorbent fabrics.. but polyester will not take a dye
