The fact that it’s so long means we will probably not limit its use for the stairs only but can also use it in the lounge when needing to get work done and baby is crawling around or in the summer when leaving the doors open to act as a barrier to outside. Have an open Plan kitchen/living area. Gate separates the kitchen to stop toddlers from entering. Does it’s job very well.

Ordered to divide our living room to separate kids playing area and all their toys to one side.●made of some solid fabric mesh seems to be good quality and the edges are reinforced which make the gate more resistant to wearing and keeps it quite straight even when kids lay on. Being breathable, the mash has small gaps which allows to see through, very helpful as I can see what my kids are doing on the otger side.●installation is quite simple and not many tools are needed, a drill, a drill bit for masonry, and a phillips bit. All bits necessary for installation are included in the pack, even spare screws and brackets. This gate also have a lock mechanism that increase safety and prevent kids from getting injured.Overall, good quality good to separate areas but if intended to be used with kids around is better to keep an eye on them.

THis was great for us, as it meant that i could put a "door" against the extension opening. Great to keep the toddler in one place whilst im cooking.

This is a great product. Strong and sturdy plus easy to fit and use. I use it to keep the dogs from our vegetable patch and it goes across the garden. It's easy to pull across and retract when I want to cut the lawn or take the wheelbarrow through. It's also strong and allows the wind to blow through it rather than damaging it. First class.

Box and leaflet advise its for indoor use where as advert advises outdoor and indoor.

If you're looking for a huge baby gate type of thing then look no further as this really is extra extra wide! After assembling I feel it is actually so wide that it's not as stable as I would like, it's a little bendy or wobbly.

To start my husband and I have been looking for a way to keep our little dogs inside the garage while still having the garage door open all the way. We have looked at so many gate systems for this but none have worked. Either it was a pain to climb over the gate or to try and take down. My little dogs have horrible separation anxiety if they cannot see us or be near us. While we have not gotten it fully installed just yet. Due to the seventy to one hundred mile per hour winds we have been having here in Colorado. We have tested the area we would like to install it and it fits perfectly and is so easy to open and close. We like the material, the ease of use and the most important fact that our little dogs can chill with us in the garage while the garage door is opened. We will definitely be ordering more for other areas in our home and patio so our little dogs can be with us.

My baby gates were tearing up my paint and not staying in place. These solved that issue! I'll probably still need to patch the paint under them, but for now at least it looks nice

These work exactly as expected. The backing is a sturdy rubber that grips securely to the wall, while also protecting it. It is also a nice thickness to add a little extra space to create tension when installing a baby gate. The cup where the gate rests seems universal and large enough to accomodate various gate styles - this worked well with my specific gate and the disks fit well.

this gate is a must for anyone with babies or pets, especially people who are bringing new pets into their home where there are already pets living there. that's what i've been using this gate for, because in that situation a slow introduction is an absolute must. this gate is perfect because it can be placed anywhere needed, since it stretches out as long as it does. it's super easy to clean, too! i would prefer that it was a bit taller, but it still works for what i needed it for.
