I hung this fan from the metal pipes holding up our outdoor awning and it looks and performs well. It weighs only 16lb, so had no issue hanging from a 3/4 inch pipe. The remote controls are a bit confusing but once you figure out all the different modes, it works well. My goal was to provide air movement for hot still days, and to provide some relief from flies and mosquitos that had chased us off the porch many times. So far soo good, seems to be doing well at both. It has 6 speeds and speeds 2-4 offer good air movement with practically no noise. I used a simple pipe clamp and bolt to hold up the fan. Recommended.

I bought this to hopefully help cool our steel roof pergola. When the sun hits it in the Indiana summer it gets HOT!The light and fan work exceptionally well! You can reverse the pan so that you can pull or push air! Our pergola is open at the top, so we always have it pulling air in the bottom and pushing out the top. It plugged right in, and the remote worked immediately. The light is dimmable, and the fan can be set to, I think, 6 speeds. On the top speed, the air is rushing!

It's a great product with excellent airflow, is easy to install, and functions on the remote and app. The light is very bright but can be easily dimmed and has bright white, cool white, and warm white light options. Excellent customer service and fast shipping. I will purchase from this seller again.

The key to getting the app to pair is to make sure your Bluetooth is turned On in your phone settings. Open the FanPro app and unplug the fan. HERE’S THE KEY: MAKE SURE IN THE APP THE LIGHT IS TURNED ON BUT THE FAN IS TURNED OFF!!!!As soon as you plug your fan in, hit the Bluetooth button in the app (I had to tap it 3 times and then I heard it beep and it paired). It will NOT pair if the Fan is on.The app works and the remote works and they’re interchangeable.This fan is great! Gives off a lot of air flow for its size. The cord is long but I did purchase a 10ft outdoor surge protector because it wasn’t long enough to reach my outdoor outlet. I have the fan installed in an 11x11 hard top Gazebo and the power cord was long enough to run across the roof and all the way down one of the posts. Cord still had about a Ft left to plug in to an outlet.The light is awesome! I love that it has 3 different light settings and you can make each one as bright or dim as you want. The blue light turned all the way up at night is super bright!I have nothing negative at all to say about this fan. It was very easy to assemble and works great!!!

Fan was very easy to put up and works surprisingly well for it's size. Very quiet and the remote control is excellent. Fan is powerful enough on high to keep flies and mosquitoes away while eating. Very impressive! Remote control works from inside the house.

So far fan seems ok. Love the look of it. The light bulb inside the fixture seems to be off center. Not a big deal, just wondering if this is normal

The media could not be loaded. UPDATE: new remote received and works great! We love it. Light is bright and fan is surprisingly powerful though small and makes zero noise. I’m very impressed. Great communication. Much appreciated.The fan is very lightweight and beautiful but we just had it professionally installed and there is no remote control! It does not require professional installation. However, we had professionals install our gazebo and they offered to hang our fan. Turns out there’s no remote control in the box. I hope the company reached out to me to rectify this! Willing to update my review if this is remedied.

Once I got the fan properly assembled it worked great until the remote stopped working.When I got the fan, and installed it as directed, as soon as I turned it on the fan blades hit the cage making a terrible noise. I tried loosening the screws on the cage and shifting it, but that didn't work. I finally had to take the cage apart and rotate the bottom part over one screw, then I reassembled and the blades stopped hitting the cage!!! I love the fact that you can also control via an app because now that the remote stopped working, that is my only option. I prefer using the remote, and I have reached out to the company, regarding getting a replacement remote. Hopefully they will respond in a timely manner, and provide me with an option to obtain a replacement remote If they provide good customer support, I would up my rating to 5 stars!!!!UPDATE - I have to say I am very impressed with their customer service, they responded very quickly to my emails and have sent me a replacement remote, as well as a replacement receiver, although I only asked for the remote! So they were already one step ahead of me in the troubleshooting! Figuring if it was not the remote that was faulty the next most likely problem would be the receiver. I also want to add the fan works great and I am very impressed with how quiet it is.Lastly, I am very impressed with both the customer service, and the fan, and would definitely recommend buying from them, I know if I need something, in the future, I will check to see if they sell it before buying from someone else.
