MCK Auto – T20 7440 LED Canbus Bulbs Indicators Blinkers Amber Orange Very Bright and Without Errors Compatible with Golf MK VI Polo 6R - EB2L1 – Transform Your Ride

Upgraded the front and rear indicators on my 2019 Polo GTI after seeing a video on YouTube which claims there are no canbus errors on my vehicle. Although I could have purchased cheaper items elsewhere I didn't want the hassle of errors so felt it worthwhile paying a little more. Sure enough there are no errors and the items (ordered rear bulbs at the same time) are working just fine and look way better than the naff standard bulbs. If anything I'd say they're probably a little too bright at night time but the lens on my vehicle is pretty small front and rear so I doubt they will cause dazzling. I checked with my local garage before fitting them and they confirmed there will be no issues come MOT time, they're more interested in headlight conversions. Only been fitted a week or so and can't comment on reliability so far but haven't had any problems. I hope this continues as removing the headlights was necessary on my car and was a bit of a pig of a job. My car is a GTI so I can't believe VW fit cheap bulbs as standard on this vehicle, the rear sidelights and brake lights are led so it now looks tons better and what you would expect to see so it's a worthwhile upgrade on my vehicle. As far as the headlights go I opted for road legal upgraded bulbs from another supplier which have also provided a worthwhile improvement. All in all I'd say worthwhile, but if you're not a very competent DIY person consider asking a garage to fit them for you if you need to remove headlights to fit.

I installed it on a VW 2021 Polo and did't work!! the blinkers had the typical error on the dashboard and fast blinking!!

MCK Auto T20 7440 LED Canbus Bulbs work and look great on my 2019 VW Polo 2019. Instant on and great flashing output. Easy to fit once revolved Headlamps. Access is via Circular plastic hatch. No errors on Dashboard. Highly recommend. MCK.

I have been looking for bright 7440 bulbs that are short enough to fit in my Mitsubishi Evo for years, and these are the ones! They fit fine and work well. They do not come with built in resistors but I didn’t expect them too for their size. So happy I bought another pair.

Very very bright, no errors mk6 golf with oem LED tail lights

Listed as specifically error-free for Golf 6 but they are not. I now have hyperflashing and a bulb out warning light on my dashboard.

Fitted to Polo GTI 6C, no problems at all, no error, nice and bright
