I FEEL LIKE THE MUSCLES THAT GENERALLY "HERNIATE" ARE PULLED AND WEAK THOUGH NOT A HERNIA.DOCTOR SAYS TO COME BACK IF IT GETS WORSE BUT CAN DO NOTHING.NOT WANTING TO WAIT TILL IT IS AN ACTUAL HERNIA TO START TRYING TO MAKE IT BETTER, I WORE THIS FOR SUPPORT.THE PRESSURE AND SUPPORT ON THE LOWER ABDOMEN AND GROIN WERE VERY HELPFUL IN MAKING IT THROUGH THE WORK DAY.ALSO AFTER 4 MONTHS OF NO IMPROVMENT IN A "PULLED MUSCLE" I HAVE ACTUALLY STARTED TO HEAL UP AND DONT ACTUALLY WEAR IT TO WORK ANYMORE. MAYBE IT WAS JUST TIME BUT I REALLY APPRECIATE THIS THING AND FEEL IT PLAYED A ROLE.
