Bad quality
Product delivered of low quality having rust on it. Inner surface of basket is rough, uneven & scratchy, may cause harm to hands. Grooves given to fit wheels in it are improper and couldn't fit two wheels.

Not satisfied
The media could not be loaded. Product quality was good but the trolley was uneven also the first compartment was not fitted properly. If we are paying 2k atleast it should be worth tonuse it..so I have initiated return

It's okay
One end is wobbly. Tried fixing it multiple times and ended up realising it's a manufacturing defect. Finishing could have been better. Wiped the entire thing down as it was dusty with some kind of black polish. There are scratches and rust in several places but not in plain view. I was in dire need of a rack and it would have cost atleast a 1000 bucks more locally. Overall, an okay purchase.
