Instructions are a joke
The ottoman is okay, but the “instructions” are an absolute joke leaving almost everything to the imagination. I don’t mind having to put furniture together, but at least provide instructions that are complete and visually easy to figure out. These instructions are among the worst I’ve ever seen.

The ottoman was good quality but almost zero instructions

Bad Instructions - Broken because of it
The media could not be loaded. The instructions are irrational to try to comprehend. We ended having a top that was misaligned so the side the Raises higher doesn't work. When we trying to screw it in, the screw holes were way off and has caused one of the handles to be stuck in a opened spring side. We can't even put it on so we are just hoping the ottoman holds up without it.

Color is way off
We ordered the grey and it’s more like a silver blue. We’re stick with it because it costs just as much as the product to ship it back. Very disappointing.
