I just received the Vivitone Hearing Aids a few minutes ago. The presentation is slick, Apple style, with everything fitting exactly. The case is very small and is finished with a rubberized white finish that is flat and somewhat pleasant to hold.I tried the devices on and they fit well. They are the smallest I have ever had. Most others have not fitted deeply enough into my ear channels so they hurt and they fall out and buzz. So far, there is no buzzing with the Vivitone and they stay in without having to constantly push them back in. The devices are charged at least partially when they arrive.I am now reading the manual. It is relatively well written, again, compared to others I have had to read. The manual is small so it can fit in the box just right but it is in a readable font size and it is printed on exceptionally good, somewhat plasticized paper. These details matter to me as this attention to details and quality testifies to the manufacturer’s likelihood of overall quality workmanship and perfectionism. There are a few errors in vocabulary but they are exceptionally few compared to others.I have been able to adjust the “modes” with relative ease. This hearing aid is the best fitting device I have tried to date and I have tried many.So far, I am impressed with these hearing aids. I will be happy to further update my experience in a few days.

DON'T BUY. IF YOU ARE IN MEXICO YOU PziSSED AWAY COST plus SHIPPING both ways.They amplify every sound. If you have noise induced deafness these will not work at all for you. The feedback is almost impossible to completely remove. TV was as unintelligible as before, only louder. Impossible to insert without feedback and the same for adjusting volume. Headache after about 2 hrs of trying them on TV. The return process is "you pay and hope for a refund". Not the normal. Plus it is not a standard DHL label as normal. I am hoping that I can return through DHL from Mexico. Not much other options. Other than Correo de Mexico. DON'T BUY THIS, IT IS AN AMPLIFIER. Difficult to return. Definetly not up to expected Amazon standards. The return was not received

Great product! Great value! I can now hear the TV without turning up the volume. And hear my husband from 2 rooms away. The cost was right in our budget.

I’ve been working with these for over a week and they still are not comfortable, too tinny, voices are ok, but normal noise is too loud. I’ve tried the two modes, all the sound settings and they basically sound the same with all. I love the size but probably made a mistake not buying a more expensive pair. Will try to use them another week or so. Im very disappointed with the product so far. Directions or ok but a little too general as well.

I have spent lots and lots of money on hearing aids. These are the first ones where great sound and low cost come together. Plus, all of the other ones battery drained before TV watching time was over. The battery in these last double the time than the $1,800.00 ones from Costco. At $400.00 each pair that $1,800.00 paid to Costco would have covered the cost of 4 plus sets. After this review one of the aides stopped working. Nearly $400.00 USD Shot, wasted, oh well, such is life. We use to call Japanese made JUNK. Now we can say that about most anything.

Couldn't get them to work. Tried everything in the instructions several times but every time I tried to place them in my ears there was a very loud feedback squeal. So loud I was afraid it would cause even more hearing damage. Called the company customer service line which was zero help. After a cursory review of only three troubleshooting options the rep asked for name, order number and email address and said I would get an email with return info w/in 24 hours. Three days later and still nothing.

It is difficult for a honest review since these were purchased for my elderly father with dementia. The ease of recharging verses batteries is superior, but almost all are rechargeable now. He hears fine with them and are easy to put in. To get direct feedback about all the multiple options the aids have to offer is nonexistent due to my father's condition. We are pleased with the item.

Pretty good hearing aids. Simple, they work good enough and at a great price.
