Heavy duty, but flexible. Works well. Very happy with the cable.I haven't used it enough to see how well it stands up to abuse over time. But so far, so good.

3rd time using, the wires came loose on the banana plugs. Not even soldered just heat shrinked! The cables are flexible and the speakon ends work fine!
