This is the BEST hot sauce for breakfast foods, it's delicious on breakfast burritos and sandwiches or just plain eggs to add some flavor. It's a pretty mild sauce, not spicy at all.

Let it 'open up' for best flavor - LOL - if you suck it right out the packet, it's not as good as when you apply it to your food. I think it needs to 'open up' and get some air, like wine.Yes, I did indeed suck it right out the packet. Sue me.BTW, I love this stuff. Melinda's has always been my favorite habenero sauce, and this was a particularly good deal compared to buying in the bottles. Easy to take with you to restaurants, too.:-)

My husband loves this hot sauce. Found it once at Grocery Outlet, but have had trouble finding it in other stores. Glad it is available online. It is pretty spicy. We bought the small packets to keep in our little RV trailer. They are lightweight, easy to store and need no refrigeration. Perfect!
