Great supplement, as advertised and fair price

I recently ordered this Dr. Mercola Organic Bee Propolis, 30 Servings (30 Capsules), Dietary Supplement, Supports Respiratory Health, Non-GMO, Certified USDA Organic and they seem to be made with high quality ingredients and is pretty good.

There is a lot to like about this bee propolis supplement.First, it is one capsule per serving, one per day, which is always appreciated. I took another one, and I generally liked the results, as far as I could tell, but it was three capsules a day, and taking all three at once produced a bit of an aftertaste and belly upset. I don't get that at all with the one capsule of Dr. Mercola bee propolis.Another thing I really like is that it is certified organic. It is USDA organic according to the label and also certified organic by Oregon Tilth. So, I really trust what I'm taking here.It comes in a brown glass bottle, so even though it's a one-month supply, I trust that it will stay fresh throughout.The formula has 125 mg. of extract per serving along with 30 mg. of polyphenols. For me, it's enough. I think it's a good formula, and despite being a teacher on the front lines of all the various airborne diseases floating around, I haven't gotten sick since taking it. Is this the reason? Who can say. But I do trust this supplement to be providing me with what it says it will.As for the value, it's not quite a buck a day, but it's close, and when it even gets close I start to balk at the product value-wise. This is not bad for what you get, but it's not great, either in terms of value.

I wish I could give this a higher rating, because I do think the intent to benefit consumers is here, but I didn't notice much difference when taking for a month. That being said, I do take a number of supplements, so it could be difficult to tell if one is doing something different. I did like the one-dose capsule, and I'm intrigued by the reputed benefits of bee propolis. I did notice that allergy symptoms seemed to improve while taking, but I don't know whether I can credit that to the supplement. I also will be unlikely to try again because it's just too pricey for me, especially when I don't see a clear result.

I’m so excited to finally try both a Dr. Mercola product and Bee Propolis specifically, which I feel is the next important substance to start incorporating into my healthy lifestyle and healthy habits. And this appears to be one of the highest quality supplements I’ve had the opportunity to try. Not only are the ingredients excellent and USDA organic, but the bottling is actually glass! While I often find tinctures to be contained within glass, I rarely find that with pills. Because of the glass container, I don’t have to worry about product contamination concerns and pollution from dreadful plastic, which is just perfect! I appreciate very much that the bottle’s lid is easy to open with my weak, painful hands, and the protective seal beneath was thankfully easy to peel away as well. Additionally, I love that the supplier takes good care concerning the health of its bees, which is of the utmost importance today more than ever.These Bee Propolis capsules are medium in size, so I personally find them plenty easy to swallow. The recommended dosage for these is 1 capsule per day, which is ideal, so this bottle of 30 capsules is intended to last for one month.

I ordered this Dr. Mercola Organic Bee Propolis out of curiosity since I never heard of it before. I did read a little about it before I ordered it. The list of potential benefits was impressive. I looked it up again after it arrived to learn more about it before I started taking it. This time I found that a “certain chemical in propolis might slow blood clotting. Taking propolis might increase the risk of bleeding in people who are taking blood thinners. Since I take Eliquis for my Afib, I am not going to start this Dr. Mercola Organic Bee Propolis until I get an “OK” from my cardiologist.I am familiar with the Dr. Mercola brand and know it to be an established high quality source of health products. I have never bought any of his products because I have always considered them to be very expensive and found what I have wanted from other quality brands that were more reasonably priced. I will start off with an optimistic four stars for the above reasons and update when I have some empirical evidence to change that rating.

I trust the Mercola brand and it is known for quality products. Propolis is great to have on hand for those times when you need to boost your immunity.These are easy to swallow and have no odor or taste. I will purchase again.Only downside is the price.
