These are delicious and effective, as simple as that. I’ve been looking for something nutritious and low calorie like this for a long time. Powder / non-food supplements don’t work, and bars are overloaded. Energy and focus have increased and digestion has improved. Excellent product.

Just got these and they're one big glob so thats not great. Will try to divide them in to equal pieces and gp ahead and use them. Taste was not bad

I must say I purchased a bag that only has seven vitamins in it and I’m on day three and I feel amazing. I was looking for a vitamin that will help my overall knees and so far so good so today I decided to order the pack they have 30 vitamins in it so I’ll come back after I’m finished with 25 days Just to see exactly how I feel but so far so good. I almost wish I could be a brand ambassador for this actual vitamin so if anyone from this company read the reviews, please reach out to me. I could talk to you on a more personal level and give you my experience as to why this is an excellent environment for me

This is not a replacement for a daily multivitamin. It's missing key nutrients, like vitamins A, C, D3. Most of the vitamins it claims are a very small amount, or even 0% of daily recommended value. I gave it 3 stars because it does taste good, but eat it as a 35 calorie snack with your quality daily vitamins.

Delicious! I don't know if they actually do what they say they do, but it was fun while the bag lasted. This is too expensive for me to reorder.

if I could give zero stars I would. These are so sickening to the taste that I spit it right out like someone was playing a joke on me. Never again.

Difficult to assess, but I definitely feel better after using a few weeks, have more energy. Could be that’s psychological but whatever, feel better.

I didn’t have any stomach issues taking it on an empty stomach, which is a plus, but it's not my favorite flavor.I like that the ingredients are clean and food-based, but with only 7 bites in the pack, it’s hard to judge long-term benefits. I also find this considerably less convenient than just taking a daily multivitamin capsule or tablet.Overall – this is a well-formulated multivitamin bite with high quality ingredients, but the taste and convenience really just don't do it for me.
