These clippers are very powerful and heavy duty. They are an excellent choice. They get a little bit warm at the blade area and also multiple speed settings. They are definitely a great buy for the money.

I thought they were cordless, but I received a corded version. They're heavy duty shears otherwise, and the cord is fairly long.

You can lower speed for more delicate areas or working on an animal that a bit more skittish.Durability wise, this clipper seems built to last. The housing also feels sturdy and well constructed.The only minor gripe I have is that it's not the quietest clipper out there. It's got a bit of a hum to it. It hasn't seemed to bother my animals too much though.

The media could not be loaded. This is a solid cordless tool. It can bog down when the battery is running low. But two batteries are included and both are fairly good capacity. I've seen this type of battery design in other specialized tools but I don't believe it's compatible with any major brand of power tool, making battery replacement more of a challenge....Comes with an oiler bottle but no oil. You'll want to purchase oil before your first use. Also, replacement 13-tooth blades are available. You can find compatible blades here.
