These are by far the softest blankets I have purchased. I have ordered three different packs of Muslim blankets after this purchase and have returned each one of them because the softnes does not compared to these. Even though all the descriptions in the reviews say they're soft nothing compares to these ones so I am now purchasing another pack because my daughter has to have her blankie at naptime and car rides. So instead of doing laundry every few days because they get dirty I rather just have extra. Just wish they came in more designs and colors.

These are very light and airy plus very soft. They are quite large and have a pretty simple delightful pattern on them. This makes a great shower gift.You can never have enough baby blankets. There are some conflicting studies on swaddling the baby. Some say it's not the best for baby and some say the opposite. I swaddled mine a little bit, very moderately, so I think it's fine because mine turned out ok. It does tend to calm babies and make them feel secure.

My baby girl isn't due until February so I have not used these yet but I did take one out of the package and inspect it for softness etc. It is a very generous size and nice dainty colors perfect for my little girl! When I start using them I can come back and update if there is any additional info to add.
