Great for Light Hikes
The Osprey Hikelite 26 in Aloe Green is perfect for light hikes. It’s compact, lightweight, and super comfortable to wear. The ventilation system on the back panel is a lifesaver on warm days, and it’s got just enough room for the essentials. That said, it’s a bit on the small side—don’t expect to pack for an overnight trip. But for shorter outings or day hikes, it’s fantastic. The quality and design are top-notch, and the aloe green color is a nice touch. Overall, 5 stars for being a reliable, lightweight companion on the trail!

Awesome Pack!
Excellent product! Loved mine so much, I bought this one for my wife and she loves hers too. Great quality and great fit. Love the built in rain cover and water bladder pocket. We use our Osprey's for day hikes and have been extremely pleased with the results.

Great pack for a day hike
Used this Hikelite 26 backpack on a short mountain hike. When loaded with a full water bladder, snacks, a change of clothes for my kid and a small first aid kit, it's very comfortable. The frame keeps it off of my back and the mesh allows air flow and overheating. As the water bladder drained, the pack doesn't sit quite as comfortably and the shoulder straps tended to float up around my neck and rub a little uncomfortably. I unhooked the waist buckle and that helped a little bit but also made it overly bouncy on the hike down the mountain. The mesh side pouches aren't great for holding larger water bottles and then tend to fall out if you bend over.I was hoping that it would also be a decent day trip bag to the pool or park with the kids but there really aren't enough pouches or general space to load it down with all of the odds and ends that I'd like to bring with me. But that's not it's purpose so I didn't take any stars away for that. It just means that I won't thow away my 20 year old Jansport from college just yet.Overall, I'm really glad I bought it, it was on sale which always makes me happy, and our family's Osprey packs have always been of great quality and lasted a long time.

Fantastic
This is my second Osprey pack and I am just in love with it! It's great for college students, lightweight, breathable (the mesh suspended back panel is the best part), and the rain cover is amazing during downpours. I wish the second set of compression straps did not go over the bottom part of the water bottle pockets, but that's my only complaint!

Very nice
Very nice but really too small four our needs. Different colors are different prices. Went with a lighter backpack with more room , for less $$$. My son loves Osprey. His is a Talon 22 though.

Great campus backpack
The Osprey Daylite Plus was cuter but I chose this pack for as my campus backpack because you can actually fit your drink container in the side, unlike the Daylite. I kept the rainfly in as added cushioning for my 15" laptop. I found it has great support and yet is not a huge puffy backpack like Northface Jester. Plus there is a lot of back support in that frame.

Excellent day pack
I have used this on several hikes now. Ranging from 6 to 20 miles with some of hikes trail runs. The back pack has held up well and is very comfortable. The straps are easy to adjust so the pack doesn’t bounce around when running on trails.
