I've been looking for something to put over my heels after I put my thick cream on them. They stay put and are kinda squishy but not in a weird way. I wear them with my house flip flops and just go about my business.They're thick and and are good quality. They have little air holes. Your cream doesn't come out either. They help keep my heels soft. I wear them after my evening shower but not to bed. Cream is all soaked in by then.Also, they don't make your foot hot.I throw them in the wash with my laundry and air dry them.

I wear them under my socks (work shoes) & w/ my water shoes (no socks), etc. I have crippling heel pain, & it has been noticeably less painful w/ these - esp. in my left foot (so sore). I just wash them clean in the sink with soap every day :) I like the idea of moisturizing your heels. I'll try that :)

Description states available in beige only (as pictured), which is what I wanted. I received transparent instead. Does not look good on my tanned skin, when wearing low shoes or sandals, but still effective

I was skeptical about getting these because I thought they may not fit. They actually can fit any size of feet because they are super stretchy! I’m suffering from the heel pain so I was hoping these heel cups can help me. Maybe it’s my selfhypnosis but I feel less pain when wearing those! I wear them underneath my socks and they feel good on.

This moisturizes my heels very well! I put a bit of lotion in them, and keep them on my feet at night! There’s also help if you get blisters on the back of your heels.
