Hi, Ubiquiti is a very reputable brand used in many settings including enterprise. I believe they are made in China but I have used them for many years with no problems

Q: Will this power the usw-flex-mini?

You won't need this power adapter if your using the switch on its own as it comes with a usb c power supply included in the box, but if your needing to power it over Ethernet, this power supply isn't the right type as this is for passive Poe and you'll need an 802.11af Poe injector

Q: Will this work with uinifi 6545a-uap?

Yes, it should work with it. 6545a-uap is working with 24V passive POE.
