A lifesaver for me
My gastroenterologist recommended that I start taking these once a day coupled with a squatty potty like device to fix my issues I’ve been having for pretty much my whole life. I have absolutely noticed a difference in these it pretty much cured what was going on. I will be taking these forever! I was worried that it would possibly make me have to go too frequently or something like that but it doesn’t at all. It just makes it easier to go. It doesn’t give you any discomfort or urgency or anything like that. Would highly recommend.

Works gently and effectively if taken as directed.
I prefer to use this product when constipated. It's gentle and easy to use. This product has no taste, at least I cannot taste anything when swallowing it. It works better, for me, than laxatives which usually throws me into diarrhea instead of just gently relieving my constipation. Would I recommend this product? Yes. The size of each caplet is easy to swallow. This product is different from the ones which are dual colored. But it's very effective, in my opinion. It's the only constipation medication that I will use to get things moving again.
