Easy easy to use. Does a good job.

Debated whether to buy 22 or 24 inch, opted for 24 with no regrets. Machine works excellent, exceeded expectations. I should've bought this years ago.

I was around before homeowner grade pressure washers were available and frankly did not impress many. It wasn't until the last few years has this market caught fire. Some good and some poorly made ones. Don't forget customer service. The handles and connection points are very well made. The handlebar trigger is a new feature that's very impressive. Don't forget the important part, the tremendous 22" head assembly that can clean any average garage, and sidewalks!! When in use the overall construction gives a firm grip on the head assembly and the linkage is not swinging it every other place but where you want it. It's a fast and powerful cleaner that doesn't breakdown in the early hours. Highly recommended!!

Been using these surface cleaners for over a year now. The first unit I purchased failed after a year of 6 day per week use on customers driveways. I reached out to the support team at mekoh cleaners website and they sent me a new surface cleaner free of charge. Best budget surface cleaners out there!!!!

Like I said actually five stars! I used to pressure wash professionally so I've used a bunch of different equipment. This thing is the cat's pajamas.I've had a couple of these, smaller ones. They were too small to utilize the power of my 4400 psi 4 gpm Simpson. One of the bad reviews talked about vibration, and I had one do that after somebody had gotten rough with my old surface cleaner. They do that if a nozzle needs cleaning or replaced or if you bend one of the wheel brackets by throwing it in a truck. Or if your pressure washer is too powerful or not powerful enough. Every once in awhile you've always gotta clean or change your tips and make sure they're angled correctly.But this thing slays! I was the talk of the Town at the volunteer clean up day at my church with this rig. I was able to clean as much as FOUR other dudes that had their own pressure washers with a wand. Also there's a technique, some people like to do it like a vacuum cleaner back and forth, some people like to run it like a lawn mower, but you really need to work it like a harvester combine.Nice and slow. And be careful with it because if you bend one of them Wheels it's not going to be sitting level.<<<FOR THE MANUFACTURER>>>One modification I would love to see, is instead of one of your handles, just a place where I can clamp my wand to serve as a handle, then it would lower your cost because you wouldn't even need the handle/trigger apparatus. Short hose with a quick connect that goes into the end of my wand and clamps on as one of the handles, and that way I don't have to turn my pressure washer off to switch between the two!! BOOM free money right there for you.

The media could not be loaded. Good company my trigger broke and they replaced it for me. I have 2 surface cleaners. So far they work good.

I purchased this surface cleaner 3 1/2 months ago and it worked well initially. The cleaning wand doesn't spin well and the swivel mechanism squeals. I have greased it twice since owning it. I am disappointed that it is not working properly after such a short time of owning it. Can seller help? (This review process is the only way I could find to communicate with seller -hopefully I get a response that helps restore the functionality !)No response from the seller been one month since complaint . Machine worked for a few months and we did far better preventive maintenance than most would expect to need to do. We have a pressure washing aspect to our business. This machine has failed to meet expectations. Do not buy .

We used this to clean an entire tennis court and it was incredible! High quality piece of equipment that has performed better than expected.

Started using this Surface cleaner for my clients Driveways and patios, This machine works fantastic for a a semi budget Surface cleaner for this particular size. I ended up purchasing the 22" version and have used it many times so far and works great !

While this pressure washer surface cleaner is available in different sizes, this particular one is the 24 inch, the largest for this product line.Assembly is straightforward. Various instruction sheets are provided with the unit as well as some spare parts. The main body of the unit, the base, is pretty well pre-assembled, including the castors (wheels). Set-up assembly is limited to the handlebars which come in two pieces. The two piece handlebars as well as the lower section which attaches to the base are connected by pins with a split ring so it is just really a matter of sliding the pin into the holes and securing it with the split ring.The list of contents indicates that there are two long pins and one short pin but the three pins are all actually the same size. I am also missing the needle, used to avoid the nozzle from clogging. I have written the manufacturer, MEKOH, to see if they will mail me that replacement part. They have a 24 hour response time according to papers included with the product so we'll be able to determine the level of service provided by them. I'll update the review with that information when I receive it.There is some Teflon tape provided to make a tighter connection on the hose screw end in order to secure against possible leaks.The unit is heavy in the box but once assembled, lifting it does not present a problem. It's similar to lifting a lawn mower.You do get some spare parts which is a nice touch, including spare nozzles. The unit's operation is very simple and you will see from the photo of the underside of the unit that all that is there is the spray bar with two nozzles.The most difficult part of the installation is attaching the spray gun to the right handlebar. You have to align three sets of holes, the handlebar grip, the sprayer hose attachment grip and the holes in the metal of the handlebar grip. Once you accomplish that, you screw in the provided two screws and the turning is tough. Thankfully, MEKOH has provided the wrench for this which does make the job a little bit easier.Due to cold temperatures, I have not been able to hook up the unit so once Spring arrives, I'll update the review with that further information as well.All in all, it's a large unit and practically all metal so it's very sturdy. Right now, I'll classify it as a "buy" conditional on a further update relating to its performance and the service provided by the company for the missing part.
