This jacket came just in time! My daughter works as a Mail carrier and the past few days have been extremely cold for Texas. She was able to keep warm and work comfortably. It's such a stylish coat and the lining feels so good to the skin. On a low setting this battery will last about 6 hours. Roughly 2 hours on a high setting. This coat was very practical and was worth every penny. If you use it once it is definitely worth it. It's comforting to know that it reflects water as well. The sleet did not soak her coat. I would give this coat a 10/10 for quality, price, comfort and HEAT!

The battery pack charged and it holds a charge, but the coat itself stopped working after just a few weeks. The connection to the battery pack has two options. The instructions were specific as to which one to use depending on your settings. We followed the instructions precisely. I regret having spent that much money for a heated jacket that doesn't heat.

Why didn't I purchase this jacket sooner?! This jacket warms up very quickly with a charged battery. Keeps the body part toasty warm. I hate going out into the cold Ohio winters, but this jacket makes it a little more bearable. I wear a size 6 and the purchased a size Large jacket. I am happy with the way it fits.

Bought this as a gift for my wife and she loves it. She’s had it a month now and no problems, just plenty of compliments. Charger and battery are working good. Coat it manufactured using good quality material. Doesn’t feel or look cheap. Would definitely recommend.

Bought this for my fiance. She travels a lot and is in the elements quite a bit. No issues with rain and keeps her nice and warm. Battery lasts quite a while but I suggest a second one if you're outdoors a lot.
