Royal Academy. Colour: Hotel A Venezia Cream/Yellow Rich Matt Emulsion Interior Wall Paint

disappointed in colour; this is not grey (certainly not lavender-tint grey as it looked on the website); it is so pale, it is a white paint. Not bright 'brilliant' white admittedly, but nonetheless WHITE!quality is ok, nothing special.took a while to arrive.

STOP PRESS..... I posted the original comments upon receiving the paint.... I decided to open the paint and when I did I found the Paint WAS the correct colour, It was the TIN that was wrong!! So to RE CAP, the website colour was right, the actual paint was right, the colour on the tin was wrong,,, If you have read the following feedback and taken my advice, please take the AMENDMENT now which is the first paragraph, and NOT the original report below. Thank you.The colour does not match the website, The colour is much deeper and richer (very nice but not what I am looking for just now... I need olive green not dullish emerald)I wanted to return it but The offer is for an exchange for things like a headlamp cleaning kit.... I admit I do not know how to use this site very well so I could be missing how to return items!!

This paint is awful. The colour is nice but leaves white streaks once it has dried. I have tried stirring the paint continuously and have now applied three coats with the same dreadful results each time. I don't know if this is a dodgy batch but I will now have to buy another paint to cover the poor results.

yes its fab what a great colour but not for the faint hearted - magnolia it is not.

Super quality paint.Decently thick..unlike so many cheap paints...which end up splattering everything around them.This does not.I managed to get away with one good coat..painted over rather jaded white...with no streaks or thin bits..and great coverage.Looks lovely and bright.Worth the money...esp if you can get it on a deal.Will buy again for certain.

Searching for the perfect Teal and found this. Super quality paint. Love the strength of colour yet it gives a romantic 'watery' atmosphere. Reminds me of Venice.

I think this has to be my favourite colour of all time. I knew, when I got the iPatch paint swatch that it would be superb and I wasn't disappointed when the paint arrived. Well packaged and great service. I'm a big fan of the Royal Academy series - there are some awesome colours.
