I bought this converter to use a hair dryer than I bought in Spain. Unfortunately, the converter feature does not work. The few instructions that it came with, were complicated and not easy to follow. When I finally figured it out, it did not work. The hair dryer turned on for very few seconds and turned off. This product is a total disappointment and not worth to waste your money on.

Recently took a trip to Europe and used the device. Worked very well.

Used it on our trip to Türkiye and it worked great! I used the adapter mostly since it was mostly for cellphone charging but know that it works as both.

I wanted this to work - I needed it to, but it did not. In Italy I needed a converter for my curling iron. Now, I don't know if it is because of this converter, but my curling iron worked before we left (USA), didn't work with the converter in Italy, and then didn't work when we got home. ?? It did work as an adapter but again, not what I bought it for.

I haven't actually had the chance to use this on my travels yet but will be shortly. When we were in New Zealand last year I didn't take into consideration the difference in plugs so I didn't have any converters, had to go out and buy a very expensive one in very expensive New Zealand. But this one looks just like my other one that I currently have. The plugs are all in good shape and appear to work well as far as I can see. I like the idea of having an extra or two even for these trips just in case one goes or you suddenly need one unexpectedly. So, one will remain in my purse for these trips and one in my suitcase from this point forward. I love that I could find this so easily on amazon to be more prepared for my next trip. Would buy again

Never could get this piece to work, so...not so happy. And I'm an audio engineer by profession, so it's not like I'm shy about punching buttons and figuring out why things don't work. It was just a dud! Sorry.
