Doesn't fit over my locs

After getting a helmet that was too tight and gave me headaches, I really wanted a quality helmet for skateboarding. Not only is this one more comfortable but I love the black/red aesthetic too. It gives me lots of confidence to learn how to skateboard. At first when I got it it was a bit too loose. The benefit of this brand is that they sell replacement paddings in all different sizes. So all I had to do was order one of those, so I went from a large to medium and it was much better. It's very comfortable and not too tight. I have to take a star away for the strap, though, because it can get a bit uncomfortable after awhile. I would have thought they'd make sure it was more comfortable for longer wear. But it's still a great helmet.

This is my second S1 helmet, after the first one lived a very long life being used weekly and kept up with all the hits and bashes during roller derby. Great with washable liners too (bought separately)

I got this for my son. He had a stunt scooter. He is really good - except the time he broke his arm ....The helmet is really good- keeps his brain inside and his skull intact when he does scary crazy stunts.He has covered his in stickers.He loves it as apparently all the best scooter riders have this brand!

Everything is good about the helmet. The fit was perfect. However, the liner gets wet soon and I wish I had more replacement liners.
