So far, so good. I've noticed since I've started taking the vitamins. My hair has started growing. I've taking hair, skin and nails vitamins. A variety, but they never worked for my hair. Will purchase again.

Recommended to me by a friend that was experiencing hair loss. I have been using for a year. I am not sure if it works because I am using better hair products, but my hair is healthier. For me I think it can’t hurt and seems like my hair has improved.

I took this religiously for a month and no noticeable change. I do like that the caps were vegan though that’s the only upside. It’s always a challenge to find vegan capsules for anything. I would not purchase this particular product again but I would purchase other items from this company for sure.
