This is my favorite new color and shadow pen. It glides on smooth and blends flawlessly.

I was really excited about this, as I love metallic champagne as a color, and that whole copper/bronze family looks good on me as eyeshadow. So, not arrived, and it's really well made. The stick itself is very elegant looking. The color twists up and down easily like it's meant to. Maybe it's just my skin, but it doesn't really show as eyeshadow, even with primer, and it disappears very quickly, so it seems to work better as n eyeliner, since I have very dark lashes, so there's a strong contrast with the champagne. I am in my 40s, have hooded eyes, and very oily skin. It's possible this just isn't made for skin like mine. I use different brands of stick style eyeshadow every day though, and I don't typically have this kind of trouble.

This is a lovely shimmery cream eyeshadow/highlighter stick with surprisingly good staying power. It's on the less-creamy side, which does make it *slightly* harder to apply but that's what gives it the staying power. As someone whose makeup loves to melt off in the slightest heat, that's a major bonus. It stuck well, went where I wanted it and stayed where I put it, and gave a beautiful but tasteful amount of shimmer. It can also be gently blended out to use as a highlighter and looks fantastic on the cheekbones. Very easy to throw in a purse for touch-ups. It rolls up and down smoothly and the cap seems secure. I like the variety of colors too. The peony pink, which I got, is a very soft subtle pink that's still suitable for daily wear. I'd love to try out the champagne color sometime too.

I really like the color. It has a bit more sparkle and pop than I expected. However, I found this to not be very long lasting. After I put it on my hand, I was able to wipe it off pretty easily with a tissue, so I know it’s not just oily eyes. I was also a bit hesitant to try it because the ingredients are about impossible to pick up with a camera, and I’m not really agreeable to typing out a long list of ingredients. My checker just kicks the image back with tips on how to take a good photo. 16 at different angles just wasn't enough.I gave it a try, anyway. Maybe I need a primer or something, but just a touch and this would come off and smear. I really like the color, but I think it definitely needs to be used with a primer and something to set and finish the color.

This product is obviously trying to ride on the coattails of the popular Thrive makeup using packaging similar to Thrive. I have included a photo of the ingredients which is not the same as Thrive so it's clear that the packaging is where similarities stop. That being said, this product is beautiful and can stand on it's own. The color mauve taupe shimmer is a gorgeous bronzy mauve pink with a light sparkly glimmer that's accents the eyes beautifully. I have tan olive tone skin and it works very well with my tone. The shadow stick glides on easily and smoothly. There is a built in sharpener on one end too.
