No support. Doesn't work as advertised. As a plain headset it's fine, but it is supposed to do more.
The Teams integration works about 10 percent of the time. Normal support can not be reached because the Lenovo website will not accept the part number nor the serial number. Cannot register for warranty because of this. Was only able to get support through twitter. People were helpful, and gave me options like downloading software, but then they gave up.As a headset, it's fine, but in does not work properly and is unsupported by Lenovo.
