Aaronco Hairmostat

While I'm sure these are great for removing hair from dogs' ears (or those of aging male humans, perhaps), that's not why I bought them. They have a wide range of uses, I've used these for everything from removing algae from aquarium rocks to plucking hair out of bath and shower drains (yuk!). If you're an angler they are also good for getting hooks out. It's worth noting that these are not the usual locking type of haemostat (artery forceps) which makes them better for some things, less good for others.

I have spanish water dogs that need to have the hair removed from the ears. Grips the hair really well. Just be careful not to pinch their skin!

These are great as they do not have a locking device. My dogs tense up when they hear the rat-tat-tat of the locking device but with these they have remained relaxed while having their ears plucked. Good quality finish and the rubber handles mean I get a good grip. Good product.

Adequate - just.

Scissors are well made and the quality is great they are just a little bit long for the ears I am frightened it will go into the ear drum .

these ear hair pluckers for my small dog do not hold the hair therefore they can not be used for plucking at all and the shipping cost more than the item. I am not impressed
