Works for me when nothing else did
It worked for me. 2 days and I was 50% better. But I also cut out anything with fructose, corn syrup or high fructose corn syrup, dried fruit like dates and prunes. Took about 3 weeks to get full range of motion back in my foot . Now if I get a twinge I start it and it takes it right away. Had this problem since a teenager. Now nearly 70.

This is a great alternative to medication for gout flare-ups. I usually get 1 or 2 gout attacks per year, and they used to be extremely painful and often lasted for a week or more... Nowadays, when I feel one coming on (sore foot, ankle or toes in the morning), I immediately start taking "the higher recommended dosage" for these (3caps 3x/day), drink plenty of water (at least 4L/day) and complement this with tart cherry juice or extract gel caps. Within 24hrs, the pain is significantly reduced, and by the second day, almost completely gone. Sure, it doesn't work as fast as strong anti-inflammatory drugs, but it's also much gentler on your entire body and still makes it much more manageable, without a trip to the doctor for a AI script.
