Easy to put on, and it stays on your feet. Multiple use, too! Very simple and convenient.

They are not orthopedic grade. My podiatrist might not agree, but I like these. The ribbing and squishiness feel good. I was able to quickly reposition the arch support without losing stickiness, but I would try to position them correctly the first time. These make my flats feel much better without having to put innersoles in. These would also be good for my flat sandals where concealed support is needed.

I like the round ones more than the bumpy ones. The bumpy ones made me actually have more pain. They have an adhesive on the bottom, just peel off the plastic sheet. I found they are most comfortable right before the ball/flat portion of the shoes/heels. They stick pretty well, especially if you wipe the shoe insole with alcohol first to make sure it's a clean surface to stick to.

I have flat feet and arch support is a big deal to me. I have a couple of pairs of shoes that I never wear because they don't have arch support in the sole. This is an inexpensive way to add that much-needed support to any shoes. The transparent material makes them less obvious (not that I really care about that) and the gel is soft yet supportive for my foot. I really like these and I can now wear all of my shoes!

I've had more than a few different kinds of arch supports that stick in shoes. This is the first time I've seen any in which the size of the arch support portion itself, not the stick-to-the-shoe part, is half the size of other arch supports in the same area. I believe these smaller ones are referred to in the ad copy as "particle" arch pads. Both the regular size and the small size are part of this package.Now the small ones may be good for children's shoes, but I used the smaller size with a regular size one in conjunction with a regular sticky arch to give greater support to my right foot because it's flatter than my left foot. It worked out pretty well. The smaller size might also work well for high heels.The packaging is certainly of the no-frills type. The arch support pairs are in individual plastic bags and all the arch support bags are in one larger plastic bag. There are neither instructions nor any guidance on use or care.

I bought these arch support insoles because I have plantar fasciitis. These insoles are great because they stick quite well in whatever shoe I need extra support in and can easily be removed and stuck again in a different pair of shoes. I like the two different heights because some shoes need a little more support than others. I would recommend and get again.

The sticky backing that it comes with adhered well to the bottom of my running shoes. My feet aren't completely flat, but I do notice that it caves in a bit, so this helps give me just enough support for that. This is the first time I've used something like this, but considering it hasn't come off yet even after a few runs, I'd say this product is worth it!
