This helped lift the heel in a shoe the 1.4" it claims it does. It also gave a bit of arch support as well. Overall, it lifted the heel and provided some arch contour as it was supposed it. It seems well made and like it will hold up to a long amount of wear. Overall, it did as it claims, and is well made so it should last a long while. After surgery, my legs are 3/4" different, so I ordered these to give my short leg a lift.I wear custom innersoles, but I can't use them in most of the shoes I had before surgery.This innersole does let me use some of the shoes I had before this issue.They stay in place and are comfortable.Good purchase.

Comfortable insoles with great height support. The insole is soft but pills just a tad which is annoying but not a deal breaker.

The insoles are as shown, the cup surface helps keep the foot in place. The surface is a soft fur like surface.My shoes are 7.5 , but these insoles still fit in them even though it is advertised for sizes 8-10 sized shoes. The L size are 1.4 high insoles, which are quite high. I used them as an insert on my flat boots. They made the boots fit a lot tighter that I wished that I got a lower ones that are not as high. Had my boots be a larger size, these will probably work perfectly as they require a bit of spaces in the shoes.

So glad I found these. This insert has changed the game. Needed to balance out my gait due to having to wear a CAM boot on other foot. My hip feels so much better. This insert fits right inside of my shoe without having to remove the insole. Works wonders. It's very comfortable. After an hour, I forgot I had this inside my shoe since I couldn't feel it at all.

I love these insoles, it's a great way to give myself a little boost. The insoles themselves feel very solid and give me some decent comfort. The insoles themselves add a decent amount of height which is very surprising since many insoles advertise that it gives a lot of height but inreality it's a really miniscule amount unless use multiple of them unlike this one

These heel lifts are very comfortable. They are squishy and offer a nice bit of softness when walking. You do have to have the right kind of shoe or boot. If there is not enough shoe at the heel it makes it hard to keep your foot inside. They do offer a small amount of lift. I like them a lot.
