It is Compton and soft, fits good, but does not stay in place, slides around unless you put something sticky on bottom to hold on the reg. arm rest.

Nice armrest, but doesn't fit my Suburban
This armrest is nice quality, but I ordered it based on the note that it fits my 2008 Suburban 1500 and as you can see it's Way too small. Wish it would've fit, as it is a quality, comfortable armrest.

NOT LARGE WHATSOEVER
This dash cover I got for my tundra with a large center armrest. In the ad it says it fits trucks. It definitely does not fit anything larger than a small sedan. I put it on my rav4 center console and itโs even too small for that. I am overwhelmingly underwhelmed. For my two applications I needed to use this for Iโm unable to.
