This is a great sized bag. I don't believe this to be waterproof, but the interior is made of a thick water-resistant material. I will be using this for everything from my electronics to my precious artwork on the go. This is perfect for traveling with my protected iPad. There isn't padding to this bag, but since my iPad is in a protected case I feel safe using this as extra insurance that this won't get any unexpected spills.The size of this is great: it's not too small to be difficult to use, and it's the perfect size to carry a multitude of important items on a regular basis. The size makes it quite versatile. It folds away nicely when not in use.This is a great bag to have on hand as there will always be a use of something of this nature. For this price, you would do well with a couple of these!

The interior is firm, as if the lining were silicone. I don't know for sure what it is, but it seems seamless. I can put a filled portfolio in this thing and have room for file folders with stuff in them. I can also put a portfolio and my tablet in there, too.If you have important documents that you want to keep safe and organized, this zipper pouch is perfect for that. It has a handle, and while I don't think I'll be carrying it by the handle, the handle will make pulling out of my bag easier.Gosh, I can see using this while I'm packing, too. I can see using this for underwear while I'm traveling (yes, I'd clean it before I put any files or documents in it).

I purchased this to carry my project supplies for needlework - the handle was a must. I can fit my printed pattern (8.5x11) in its sheet protector, hoop, linen, and pouch of smaller sundries (scissors, tweezers, floss, etc.) with total room to spare (I could easily fit all my supplies in this, minus my binder of patterns). The fabric is like a plastic ripstop, if there were such a thing, and comes with an odor when you first open it. I aired it overnight and it's fine now. I was able to purchase this through Vine for a discount, but $10 (at time of purchase/review) is a great price for the size.

This is nice basic bag for storing or carrying larger documents that need to be protected. Heavy-duty material and reinforced corners. Nice zipper. Strong handle. It doesn't say so, but appears to be waterproof so if you spill on it there's no need to panic.

This Document holder is exactly what I’ve been needing all along I just didn’t know it. This is perfect for keeping documents organized and together. It’s also can hold my laptop. I have a Apple mac Air 14” inch and it fits perfectly inside. I love this holder it will help me be more organized and keep my documents from being damaged or stained. I love it. This little bag can be used to store business documents or even a small laptop.It is just a simple handbag that can hold up to A4 sized documents. (A4 is an Asian document paper size.)Anyway, I liked it for school as I plan to use it more towards a portfolio for art as I am an art major in college. Anyway, I recommend for business or college level use.

I've been looking for this kind of pouch with zipper and handle that could fit large/long size envelopes and documents. This is very handy, light weight, not bulky, and most importantly, well made. This is perfect when you need to bring some documents with you and don't want to carry huge bags. For a price of less than 10 bucks, it's a great deal. Happy with this product.
