Update - credit where credit’s due, after writing the below review the company have reached out to me and issued a refund. That is great customer service in my book, they were polite, apologetic and it’s much appreciated.My son has had this watch a very short time, he’s not heavy-handed and handles it well. Tonight when he was putting it back on after his shower it broke. He was really upset. I would send it back but I no longer have the cute box it came in. Disappointing.

Watch works well and is value for money bought for kids to check time whilst they are out playing. Did not dissapoint

I have a 10 year old and 4 year old, bought blue for boy and pink one for girl, they both love them and so far no issues, not broken, keeps time etc, would definitely recommend for kids.

My daughter wore this three times and the catch broke. The seller reached out to replace the watch free of charge. Hopefully the replacement lasts longer.
