Great value
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️**Great Replacement for Ford Escape**I installed the **Tykick GV6Z-9D289-E Vapor Canister Purge Valve** on my 2018 Ford Escape, and it works perfectly. The fit was spot on, and installation was straightforward. Since replacing the old valve, my check engine light has stayed off, and my car’s fuel efficiency has improved. The part feels high-quality and durable, offering excellent value compared to OEM options. I highly recommend this vapor canister purge valve for anyone needing a reliable replacement for their Ford Escape.

It works, but does not fit like the genuine OE part. Update - failed (open circuit) after 3 months.
As others noted, the original purge valve and associated plumbing can be a little tight for access. This item technically works, but does not line up with most of the holders on the engine block. In other words, it doesn't follow the same path that the original part did, at least not on the 2018 Escape that I installed it on. One of the included lines does not fit, but that doesn't matter as it isn't necessary to replace that specific crankcase ventilation line in order to replace the purge valve. I found the locking clips for the connectors on this part to be of less quality than the original part, but they locked down just fine. For the price I paid for this, I'm not complaining too much as it seems to be functioning just fine for the time being.Update: 3 months later, and this part has failed. Of course, outside of Amazon's return period. The purge solenoid failed electrically, tripping the CEL on the car for a circuit code. I did some troubleshooting, used my Fluke meter to check the resistance of the solenoid and found it to be an open circuit. I ultimately replaced this with a genuine Ford GV6Z-9D289-E, which fit exactly as the original unit did...and will hopefully last more than the 3 months that this aftermarket part did.

It worked and fits Ford Escape 2017 1.5l
Ford escape 2017 Se 1.5l 102000miSymptom: Check engine on, Low fuel economy, after fueling up takes a while to start and stay on.Common solution to fix this problem to replace the evap purge valve.Installation: A bit difficult to remove and install but with some reaching and removing the brake fluid reserviour to the side took approximately 30 minutes to install.Best deal ever. I was excited to recieve this after having issues with get the wrong part from multiple local auto stores for my engine. However, this one fit and fixed my issue in no time. The quality looks simple in design and will need to place new attachments and clips to hold it in place but for the price compared to the oem. Worth every penny. I did had do a long drive for the engine to decode the symptom off and reset the codes. But now the check engine is off and my car starts after fueling up. Will recommend.

Price was half of manufacture
All of the hoses fit except one. I was able to keep the old hose in place and replaced all the others. The problem was solved and it has been working fine for a couple of months! I don’t expect it to fail any time soon. I am pleased that it worked well as it was supposed to work!

Just a bunch of plastic that’s worth buying
All I gotta say is after buying a part that is 100 percent made of plastic that the part fit and it fixed the problem I was having, who knew!So whenever I filled my gas tank up the car would have the hardest time starting back up and the check engine light was on for the evap system and also the oxygen sensor bank. After repairing the problem, the car starts right back up after filling the tank and there’s no check engine lights !!Great job everyone! The ease of installation 1-2 hoursValue for money : Cheaper than going to dealership @200 dollars to diagnose the problem

Solved issue
Check engine was on in my 2018 Ford Escape SE with error code of P0496 which was related to Evap purge valve. After changing my car was fixed.

Doesn't work
Installed this in my car and still receiving the same error code. Brought it to my mechanic and he says that this is still what is causing the error code. Guess I got what I paid for by trying to buy the cheaper product.

It doesn't work
One fitting was really tight, but it works perfect. It does fit 2017 Ford escape 1.5 liter.
