Disappointed
I have already decided to return these hearing aids. Their was constant static on one of hearing aides the other problem was the volume control very hard to adjust to the volume you wanted on one of the hearing aids the volume was literally stuck I was able to finally get it to move but adjusting the volume was impossible. NOTE TO AMAZON: On a couple of your hearing aide ads including this one the reviews turned out to be about makeup you'll find maybe only one review is about the hearing aides themselves. So the rating is totally inaccurate.

the hearing aids stop working after 30 days the sound would pop and stop working and after a little bit start working again

good idea of OTC hearing AID for senior
was very happy to received the hearing Aids but sadly to returned it, because the electric charging device tips are not matching the opening on the hearing aids (not sure what or why this happened) so to be fair, I gave item 3 stars because item looks well made also large enough make bit easy for senior functioning but due to the charging device don't match problems i am not sure to order a 2nd set fo try out.

Fit comfortable and hearing clearly
The media could not be loaded. The sound is extremely clear on these sleek well fitting aids. Their performance is by far better than any I have tried in the past. The price for the product is outstanding. The charging system is convenient.

They charge very very quickly and the charge lasts for over 24 hrs.
The pros, they work very, very well and charge extremely fast. The cons, they are larger than other hearing amplifiers sold on amazon. They charge separately and not in a case. Each device has a charging cable so you will need a dual plug to charge them. It would be a real plus to have a traveling/carry case.

Don't waste your money
My mom has difficulty with her left ear and bought those for her. The minute you put them on, they started to whistling loud where you have to take them off. Once you change it to the other setting, it started echoing and not very clear sounds especially near people. You can hear the far people sometimes better and the near people are loud. Don't waste your money

Doesn't hold a charge for very long, super loud. Mom refuses to wear it
