Got this for my boyfriend's mom after using it for ourselves with success. It helps support her back and also gives the feel of sauna to make her sweat. She loves the features to help trim her body. It is best to order a size up for a more comfortable fit.

Pleasantly surprised at how much this top helped me sweat. I’ve worn it twice so far. It is holding up great. I rinsed it off. Dries quickly. I plan to hand wash every 3-4 wearings while rinsing in between. Zero odors. It does exactly what it is intended for. The zipper is covered as well inside for added comfort! I did originally buy an extra large, but found that to be too large when I tried it on. Normally I would wear a medium, but after reading A few reviews, I decided to go up more. I should’ve just stuck with one sizing up.

I'm not sure why my skin broke out into tiny bumps around the area that I wore the vest. Mainly my stomach, back and upper arms/shoulders... these were the most itchy uncomfortable bumps EVER!!! Could it be the material? Did someone else own it? Did I need to wash it with soap and water 1st? Like I'm just curious if I've done something wrong or is it the product. May return
