Frame Centre 3D Display Box Frame for Medals 10x10" x 3.75" Depth white

I recently made some art work using scrabble art letters and due to it being made by myself I had difficulty in finding a frame for it as it measured 18x18 inches.I looked online couldn't find what I was after (box frame) until I came across this company ;))I emailed a lady called Denise and she guided me through what frame size and depth I would need and gave me advice on how to assemble the box together after I had placed my artwork into it.I have to say the level of customer service I received from Denise was fantastic I placed my order late yesterday for the frame she had recommended and it arrived by Royal Mail first thing this morning ;))My artwork fits perfectly into the frame, although the frames seem a bit pricey they are of fantastic quality and even come with Perspex which is great on my 20x20 inch black box frame as I have young children and do not like the idea of big heavy glass frames being on my walls.And the delivery at 99p is great and my frame was well packaged by the frame company so it was perfect when it arrived ;)I am one very happy customer and I will definitely be using this company again and highly recommend them to anyone wishing to buy frames ;))

The frame itself is great quality, strong and will stay intact. The only issues I had were 1) *my own fault* i forgot to check the size properly and got one much smaller than i hoped, and 2) the bit of card on the small frame is so thick in width (not depth) that you are only left with a tiny rectangle that shows hardly anything in the frame. However it can be left out if preferred. Other than that I really liked this product and would definitely buy again.

Very good value and not unattractive, but the protruding metal bits for screwing on the base not as sturdy as they might be. However, after a couple of years of looking for something attractive and affordable for protecting and displaying an ornamental plate, this is perfect.

Came very quickly and look very nice but are quite cheaply made with the glass is not cut straight which makes no difference when put together but just be careful when assembling!

I bought 2 different sized frames from this seller.the larger one was pretty good but the smaller one was very tatty, rough cut edges with some quite large gaps in the joins, warped wood. I even got a splinter taking it out of the packaging. As they were ment to house presents for Xmas I'm not overly impressed. I'll have my work cut out sorting it so it can be given as intended. Luckily the other one will just need a coat of paint on the box section.

Bit pricy for what arrived. Had to make a few alterations and do a little paint work in order to make it look less cheap. I ordered 2 of these and received fittings for only 1. I'm pleased with the results of my efforts though.

This frame really is value for money. I have used it to frame a Stumpwork embroidery and it has worked very well. A tip for other needleworkers - buy the frame before you mount your piece so that you can measure the inside of the box where it will be placed. I bought a 7" x 7" frame, which includes a 1" mount, for an embroidery measuring 5" x 5" and it is perfect.Very speedy service and well packaged.

Looks nice but not particularly easy to assemble. Would benefit from having pilot holes pre-drilled into the frame as the wood splits when you try to put the screws in. No instructions as to how and where to place the hanging parts. Screws really too wide in diameter for both purposes.
