Do People Grow on Family Trees?: Genealogy for Kids and Other Beginners, The Official Ellis Island Handbook

This book really meets my needs. I love getting names off the pedigree charts into the context of their lives and this book is very motivating and helpful.

I purchased this book for $4.00 and the book had a sticker on it for $1.00 and now it is on sale for $.01! It is a used book (I missed this) and when it is opened the binding is fragile and a couple of corners were a bit bent. The book has some good content and is appropriate for the older grade school child, maybe 9-11 yr olds.
