Great size, even managed to get the Christmas turkey in. Keeps chicken moist, and retain juices for a perfect gravy. Keeps oven clean too!

These are just amazing, they create the most amazing stock within the bag ready to make gravy with, no need to baste the chicken with fat, they also protect the oven from splattering fat! Wish I'd known about these years ago, brilliant, stick the chicken in without any need for prep, out the special tie on which works so easily, bung it in a tray and into the oven.

I use these bags as the contents gets nicely steamed whilst the oven remains clean. Of course this is the large size and on most occasions I use the standard size. My purchase was to replace my previous order which lasted 6 years yes six years!

These bags are exactly as described. Big enough to enclose a large turkey crown, in its roasting tin. the results were very good indeed, but you need to keep checking the internal temperature with a meat thermometer. Ours cooked in about 10% less time.You need to brown the meat beforehand, as you get a paler roast than usual. I guess that this is because the meat partly cooks in the steam held inside the bag during roasting, so the turkey came out a pale gold colour, instead of the deep golden brown produced by open roasting. The meat was tender and succulent and the oven was protected from the spattered hot fat from the meat.Really happy with these bags and recommend them highly, if they remain at this price mark, where they represent good value.

Used for baking bread, but too large for my oven, so the smaller size would have been better . Very good for parcelling breads etc, esp panettone, which is a nice bonus . Excellent quality and a good price.

They also do XL bags, wish I'd not bought these, only just fit a large chicken in.

Lo compre para hacer pan en el horno y va fenomenal. Aguanta perfectamente los 200-220°. Son bastante grandes.
