Make sure you pull out the wrinkles.
I love this little pool, but you definitely have to put it on a level surface and you also want to straighten out your wrinkles when you have only a little water in there. We didn't the first time, and we didn't get all of the height of the pool and also it was very lopsided. We had to drain and refill. It is a really good value for your money and it is a good little pool if you have kids or just want to float when it's too hot to do anything else (like me). The only complaint I have is the pump sucks. It works, but not for the size of pool that it is. Also, the plug in for it is huge and won't fit in our outdoor outlet. I wish it was smaller and I wish the pump was stronger. But you don't REALLY need a pump for a pool that size if you just use a floater and some chemicals to treat the water. But it would be nice if it came with plugs for the holes in the pool where the pump connects, so you don't have to use it.

3 years and still going strong
This pool has been great! I love that it is super easy to set up. This is the 3rd year it’s been up and we haven’t had any manufacture issues. About a month after I bought it my son accidentally dropped something sharp off our deck and punctured the side. I put waterproof tape on the inside and outside and it’s never had an issue.I put sand down to level the spot and then I put outdoor carpet over the sand. The carpet has made it so much easier to keep the pool clean because you can wipe your feet off before getting in. When taking it down for the winter I lay it out in my yard on a sunny day and let it dry out, then I’ll take a towel and wipe it all down before folding it up.

Leak Magnet to be Avoided
Like so many others who purchased this leak-magnet, our pool arrived with a hole in the seam attaching the inflatable ring to the pool.Of course, you don't know about the leak until you start filling it with water. Because of poor craftsmanship, the hole will expand along the seam with the added pressure of the water. So, you have the added indignity of dealing with a flood in your yard, wasting water (which isn't free where we live) & then being told that you can return it for a replacement by repacking it and bringing it to UPS.And, in a tribute to corporporate responsibility, the Seller gets the same low marks for the same manufacturing flaws on many other websites where the pool is sold. These complaints aren't new- so they've known about these flaws and continue to do business as usual. You will waste your money and your time with this pool of many patches. Avoid it at all costs. The picture shows the patch on seam leak- at least it'll get more use out of our pool than we will.

Great pool at a great price
This is a great way to have a pool for the summer and have it last. We got this pool after having some of the similar blue versions and the overall appearance of this one looks much more appealing. It is just printed and not actually wicker, but seems to hold up much nicer than others we have had. It is VERY important to have the ground as level as possible. We dug out the area for the pool slighting larger to keep it level and used a few heavy duty tarps underneath. Filter seems to run well just have to clean it out each morning. We run the filter for 6-8 hours a day and clean the pool with a net a few times a day. Only issue we have like all of these style pools we have had is there is always a slow leak in the air ring around the top that is impossible to find. Have to keep inflating it every few days. Other than that it’s a great pool that provides a lot of fun for the family.

As expected……
Product was easy to set up. After about a week of very light use, developed several small leaks around the bottom seams, which were not unexpected at this price point. Also developed a leak around one of the filter pump ports. Spent a couple of hours with a pvc pool patch kit and gasket material solved most of the problems. Still has a small seam leak in one area. Good enough for light use but would not recommend for regular use as the seams are not very well constructed.

reasonable size and price for family summer backyard cooling off
We previously had a small 8ft intex pool that died after several years of use, but with covid could not find a replacement last year. This year we invested in getting a bigger size pool, but not too big that it wouldn't fit on our patio for our growing 5 kids ages 8 - 18. This so far fits the bill. Took a while to fill but setup wasn't bad. We bought new puzzle exercise mats to fit the area under the pool and a bit extra as our old worn out black ones were not enough and falling apart. This provided a cushion between liner and brick patio. I ended up getting a pool ladder but could not find a reasonable priced 36 inch one to save my life. I ended up purchasing a 48 inch one and just did not install top step. Works great for 8 year old and others for ease of getting in and out. The top ring occasionally needs to be refilled a bit with air, but chalk this up to changes in temperature affecting pressure and it being new so may stretch out a bit more. I could only originally find a 12ft cover from intex which is way big for this pool. I realized it is because the pool is 12 ft at bottom but then slopes in a bit so it is really more like 11ft at top maybe. Not really a problem but good to be aware of. Believe me going from a tiny 8ft to this size is like heaven for my kids. Looking forward to a summer of fun and hope it last a few more seasons.

The pump is crap.
It’s a nice pool, filled up it’s not the 36 inches it claims. The pump which came with it is absolute crap. It’s an outdoor pool and pump but if it rains the plug will fill with water and quit working. Once you dry it out it will work again until the black plug gets too hot then it quits again. So unless you’re putting the pump in a waterproof sun proof pump house find something that reliable.

Great pool for price
Honestly I wasn’t sure because of reviews. The pool needs a flat service it’s easy to set up and not a bad size at all I’m 5’10 I can sit and I can swim around without touching the bottom. We’re really enjoying it so far!! My one thing I wish I knew was the filtration system was very confusing to me I honestly still don’t even know if it’s set up properly but it seems to be doing what it is supposed to be. Something I would have liked to know is that the plastic circles on inside of pool have a cap over them that you remove.. we ran filter for 3 days before I noticed no water was being moved around the pool so I knew it wasn’t set up properly. Hoping it continues to work! Besides that we love our pool :)

Not worth the money
Pump died after a month and right from set up the top ring wouldn’t stay inflated. Have to pump it up several times a day and looked for a puncture and can’t find anything. Save your money and buy a pool from the store

Do not buy this pool
I bought this pool on sale in April. We set it up when the weather got warm at the end of May. We filled it up and when we came out the next morning, there was water all over the tarp we had placed it on. The leak was coming from a seam underneath the pool.Polygroup was great to deal with initially and issued a replacement liner for us. It showed up a week ago and we set it up. I only put a few inches of water in it this time and thank goodness because this one was leaking from a seam on the bottom of the pool too.I contacted Polygroup and they said they'd send a 3rd liner. I asked for a refund but they said they didn't do this. I went through the company I bought it through on Amazon and they said I was outside my 30 day return policy and could do nothing for me.I am understanding of a return policy but when you have been given 2 pools that leak and are left with no pool still, it is unfortunate they couldn't refund my money. This is something I had no control over and left paying over $300 for no poolSo I would suggest not buying this pool.

Leaks after 24 hours of adding water
The media could not be loaded. We replaced an old 4 year old version of this pool, filled up and was happy, 24 hours later a small leak was noticed around the drain plug… defect in the sealing , 27 hours later it’s pouring out .. second time filling up a pool this year and experiencing leaks , one was 4 years old…. It happens but brand new one, Wow that’s not cool , my water bill is going to be crazy
