Item smaller than photos suggest
Works OK, but is about 6 times smaller than I thought it would be from the listing photos, so somewhat disappointed as I wanted a bigger and more powerful torch. It does work ok, but not any better than my old torch so for me, a waste of cash.

Faulty, no option to return or replace
The top UV bulb stopped working after being used for maybe 5 mins total over 3 months. No option on customer service to report it as it's over 3 months old h purchased in March.

Why did you choose this product over others?: Way better than what work gave me. Only downside is the dozen times you have to press the white light button to switch off......

Not what I expected.
A smaller than expected item, battery life short and no distinct marking on the unit to determine which UV frequency is being selected. Trying to return. Courier kept me waiting in all day and failed to collect or update within the designated time. Most unsatisfactory!

Good money checker
This is my go-to pseudo emergency flashlight, counterfeit checker, and dust finder all in one. I’ve been using it almost daily, and it works great. The dim red light is a nice bonus when you need a bit of light without it being too bright. The UV lights do make the device a little warm after a while, but so far, I haven’t had any problems.
