1st one lasted a week, it's replacement lasted 3 days... 100% satisfied
1st one cracked after being dropped face down a liitle after a week of being applied. Phone was 100% ok. I had it's replacement on for 3 days before a stack of hard drives fell 3+ feet off a shelf. As you can see I scored a bullseye on the screen protector.. Shocked to find that underneath, both the phone and screen are 100% ok.. Not even a hint of damage. It's what used to take the photo with! I should add that I also purchased a UAG Monarch case and the phone was also on a folder that also probably contributed to its survival. No hesitation in buying another replacement. The screen sensitivity issue reported in a previous comment can be overcome by changing the phone settings when using a glass screen protector.

Not worth the money at all
Considering the price and the fact that (after research) this was billed as the best screen protector around for the S9's curved screen I was disappointed. It reduced screen sensitivity so much it was almost impossible to type. It was off and in the bin within 2 hours. A refund wouldn't go amiss if anyone is paying attention...

Over-priced and only partly over your phone!
Although not purchased from Amazon, I did purchase it at the recommendation of EE when I recently upgraded to the Samsung S9+ I have never purchased a screen protector before, and since I managed to scratch the screen of my previous S8 after only having it for a couple of weeks, I decided to not risk it with the excellent S9+ BUT...Don't buy this one! I was very disappointed to find that although it fits around the curve of the phone, it does not go all the way to the join between screen and back, meaning there is a gap of a couple of millimetres This means when swiping from left or right sides, your fingers get "stuck" on the edge.Although there is a plastic "guide" to assist with putting the screen on, I had to have two attempts to position it correctly, as the first time it was a fraction of a millimetre too far down, which meant the icons at the top right of the screen were obscured by the black surround fo the screen protector. As for its ability to protect the screen it seems to do a reasonable job, but as for its "hardness" and longevity...after just over a month on the phone it has a few "dinks", the top right is cracked and the bottom left shows signs of micro-cracking, having dropped the phone from a height of about 0.3m onto a carpeted floor!I have also found that the screen sensitivity has drastically reduced, especially when using the on-screen keyboard, with letters on the far left and far right of the keyboard requiring extra pressure to select.Although the company does say there is a limited lifetime warranty, this requires you to register the glass on their website, then pay £5.99 for P&P to get a replacement, for which you have to register your credit card, then - presumably pay to post the faulty screen back to them. Total cost of postage would therefor be in the region of £12...You may as well buy an alternative make for £9 at your local mobile phone store, rather than having to fork out on P&P every 2 months when you need to replace this screen!I am going to attempt a warranty replacement via the store...But I suspect I know the answer!
