these work OK they are non stick and what that means is they stick but it comes off really easily - I put some really sticky stuff into these and they came out just fine in one piecethey do smell like others have said but thats what the type of non-stick stuff they are made out of smell like, it goes away if you wash them and leave out to air for a week, lol that sounds crazy but really they wont smell much after a week I have had this type of material for years in different forms and it will always have a smell when new that smells sorta toxic but its cool if you let it air outI didnt use them for making cupcakes but someone I know did and they do work fine for that

These add a wonderful splash of color to any muffins or cupcakes. When peeling off paper baking cups, I always manage to sacrifice a large chunk of the muffin or cupcake in the process. With these, I get the whole thing - every time!Downside: They're annoying (and sometimes hard) to clean. I am surprised at how much time they require to scrub the grooves and remove ALL food residue. Yet, my dishwasher sometimes gets them clean, and sometimes leaves them just as dirty as when I started.

I don't bake much but I do make jello from grass fed gelatin pretty regularly and these suckers do the trick! They pop right out into little hockey puck shaped "Jello jigglers" that my kids and I love. Also made some pretty bangin quinoa cheesey veggie egg cups (like mini quiches without the crust). They do stick a bit with those but I never bothered to grease them so that could be why.

These have been great to use in packing my toddler's lunches (and he loves to play with them), but they are smaller than I expected. They don't quite fill out a standard muffin cup tin, so if you're buying them for baking beware that they are not truly "standard size," they're smaller.

These are interesting, was nervous about baking with them but they bake nice. Kept throwing them in the trash because I am use to disposible liners. They are a pain in the butt to clean.

I wish I had gone with the larger. I use these for separating item in our lunches. I guess they would be ok for someone who wanted them for muffins.

Bullet style grinder makes flour from anything a bit soft. Oats. Rice. Any kind of cereal! Grinding time less than one minute. Add water and sucralose, aspartame or stevia. Microwave in silicone cups. Calorie conscious desserts. Low fat, low sugar, low sodium for oldsters. Yummy, nutritious and fast!

A smidge smaller than I thought they'd be, but still great.
